Water discharged from the installed STP plant is treated and directed to a rainwater harvesting reservoir, which is then recycled for cooling and dust suppression sprinkler systems. Overall, water consumption has been reduced by 30% through enhanced resource management.

We have installed fully automatic close-capture Tornado Hoods in all induction furnaces, along with dust and fume captive hoods at every emission source. This initiative has led to a remarkable 70% reduction in suspended particulate matter (SPM).
